This lovely traditional stone built villa is located about 800
metres from Gaios, close to the Paxos Club Hotel. It has large sun
terraces on three sides, all with nice views. The villa is surrounded
by an attractive stone wall with arched entrance and iron gates. The
spacious lounge is nicely furnished with an additional sofa bed, 2
twin bedrooms each having access to the terrace through French
windows, bathroom and a fitted kitchen with dining table and chairs.
Gaios is a 15 minute walk while the Paxos club Hotel and a local taverna are just a short stroll away. |

This beautiful old stone villa was once the village schoolhouse.
It is situated in Magazia, a friendly village in the very center of
the island. The village has it’s own bakery coffee bar grocery store
and taverna all within walking distance. The villa is ideal for
couples or families not wanting to be in the hub of a resort yet it
takes less than 10 minutes by car to reach many of the beaches and
any other amenities available on island.
The villa is split into two separate accommodations and the owner
discretely occupies one half with separate access to the rear of the
property guaranteeing total privacy
This accommodation has a nice feel to it. It is split-level and
pleasantly furnished with two double bedrooms (on different levels
for maximum privacy) both of which have modern on-suite shower
rooms. It has a light and spacious modern open plan fitted
kitchen/dining area with extra bamboo chairs for relaxing after
dinner. The accommodation also has a TV and stereo. The garden is
spacious with beautiful bougainvillea, shrubs and flowers making it
ideal to BBQ and eat alfresco in the warm night air. The garden is
completely enclosed by a high stone wall providing privacy from the
road and safety for children.
